The forms are especially designed either for submissions for Innovation Prizes or proposals for Main Prizes. They are to be downloaded as Word documents from this web site. You can easily add your text directly into the document. Please do not fill the forms by hand or typewriter.

You can submit your application or proposal either in German or English. We kindly ask you not to use another language, as no translation will be offered to the jury.
Please consider that only submissions/proposals that meet both the formal and the content conditions will be accepted.

The submission/proposal forms have to be printed out – electronic submission is not possible.
Please mail the original submission/proposal (with original signatures) and 5 copies together with one digital version (CD) to the contact address.

Deadline for submission/proposal:
January 31, 2007. The postmark is considered the mailing date.
